装配工艺工程师Assembly Process Engineer(太仓)

您的主要职责

• Production concept planning and parameter definition;
• Production potential defects and risk identification, and count measures definition;
• Ensure and improve production output.
• Problem shooting on shop floor with production and quality team, output, scrap, OEE,etc.
• Continous improvement in tool, maitenance, labor efficiency and standardization;
• Lead and coordinate digitialization and automachine projects;
• Regular track and prepare the tooling and spare parts stock and order delivery;
• Coordinate the investment plan by identifying the investment items from project requirement and production in budget phase.
• Benchmark production.

您的任职资格

• Bachler or above, major in mechanical
• more than 3 years working experience in manufacturing
• Prefer to automotive industrial field
• Good knowledge of manufacturing technology and manufacturing machines.
• Skill in solving the problem in production systematically
• Good communication ability.
• Good at English writing and speaking.
