Your Key Responsibilities
- Production concept planning and parameter definition;
- Production potential defects and risk identification, and count measures definition;
- Ensure and improve production output.
- Problem shooting on shop floor with production and quality team, output, scrap, OEE,etc.
- Continous improvement in tool, maitenance, labor efficiency and standardization;
- Lead and coordinate digitialization and automachine projects;
- Regular track and prepare the tooling and spare parts stock and order delivery;
- Coordinate the investment plan by identifying the investment items from project requirement and production in budget phase.
- Benchmark production.
Your Qualifications
- Bachler or above, major in mechanical
- more than 3 years working experience in manufacturing
- Prefer to automotive industrial field
- Good knowledge of manufacturing technology and manufacturing machines.
- Skill in solving the problem in production systematically
- Good communication ability.
- Good at English writing and speaking.
