您的主要职责

• Establish and lead a Cross functional team to Ensure program/project objectives are being met within designated parameters.
• Prepare and handle of project documentation, contract design and budget planning.
• Represent the assigned project in an expert manner to the customer and to the BU management.
• Systematically pursue and realize the project goals, while assuring compliance with company processes and standards.
• Measure project performance to targets (ROCE, revenue, investment, OE).
• Confer with project/program personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
• Review quality problems with engineering and directs action to correct defects.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor or above M/E or E/E engineering or automotive engineering or similar University education.
• 5 years of professional experience or above within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills, proactive problem solving skills and decision making ability.
• Proactive and collaborative approach towards problem solving ability to thrive within a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English. German is plus.
