Your Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a Cross functional team to Ensure program/project objectives are being met within designated parameters.
- Prepare and handle of project documentation, contract design and budget planning.
- Represent the assigned project in an expert manner to the customer and to the BU management.
- Systematically pursue and realize the project goals, while assuring compliance with company processes and standards.
- Measure project performance to targets (ROCE, revenue, investment, OE).
- Confer with project/program personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
- Review quality problems with engineering and directs action to correct defects.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor or above M/E or E/E engineering or automotive engineering or similar University education.
- 5 years of professional experience or above within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, proactive problem solving skills and decision making ability.
- Proactive and collaborative approach towards problem solving ability to thrive within a global matrix organization.
- Fluent English. German is plus.
