智能装备项目经理 PM Special Machinery (太仓)

您的主要职责

• Providing the project sponsor and project management with a basis for making informed decisions.
• Planning and scheduling projects (current and new projects) in one’s own area of responsibility as well as managing project data in IT systems. 
• Responsible for standardized project documentation. 
• Checking the content of project documents (project order, project close-out, etc.).
• Regularly checking and evaluating specific criteria of all project status reports (e.g. red “traffic light status”, requirements for making decisions, action to be taken, etc.) and forwarding these criteria in a clear format to the project sponsor  /steering group so that the relevant decisions can be made (e.g. agenda for the next project status meeting). . 
• Creating transparency about all projects and project types in the employee’s area of responsibility.
• Identifying conflicts (resources, priorities) in projects involving several departments.
• Solving resource conflicts in conjunction with resource managers and other project managers .
• Supporting resource managers during capacity planning.
• Acting as a central contact point of project managers in the employee's area of responsibility and, where relevant, other project managers in projects involving several departments as well as resource managers (line).
• Collect all request for quotation from customer.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or related.
• 5+ years' experience in special machinery sales.
• Practical experience in business development.
• Business development experience of non-standard machines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skill in English and Chinese.
• Good computer competence, especially MS Office.
