您的主要职责

According to the company's strategy and process, conduct industry analysis and benchmark product analysis, define company products, and formulate product development and upgrade requirements; 

根据公司战略和流程，进行行业分析和标杆分析，规划公司产品，制定产品开发及升级需求； 

Define relevant product goals and plans, and control the progress of the entire plan;  

制定相关产品目标及计划，并控制整个计划的进程； 

Track the status of the product in the requirements analysis, development, implementation and use phases, and pass customer requirements to development and testing; 

跟踪产品在需求分析、开发、实施使用阶段的完成情况，并将客户需求传递到开发和测试； 

Based on the user experience design concept, and user needs and product technical architecture, complete the conceptual design and prototype design of the product, and deliver the detailed design documents to the development and testing teams;  

基于用户体验设计理念，结合用户需求和产品技术架构，完成产品的概念设计和原型设计，并将详细设计文档交付给开发和测试团队； 

Track the user feedback of products, collect and actively explore improvement needs, continuously improve products according to business needs and user feedback, and enhance user experience;  

跟踪上线产品的市场效果、用户反馈，收集和主动挖掘改进需求，根据业务需要和用户反馈持续改进产品，提升用户体验； 

Write product manual and train customers;  

编写产品说明书并培训客户； 

Promote the improvement on standardized processes for software product development; 

推动软件产品开发规范化流程建设与管理；

您的任职资格

Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering, more than five years of work experience in software product management or process optimization related positions;  

本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业，五年以上软件产品管理或流程优化相关岗位工作经验； 

Proficient in software product project management knowledge, familiar with software development process, PMP and other certificates are preferred;  

熟练掌握软件产品项目管理知识，熟知软件开发流程，具有PMP等证书优先； 

Excellent requirements analysis ability and software design ability, with document writing and product prototype performance ability;  

优秀的需求分析能力和软件设计能力，具备文档写作和产品原型表现能力； 

Proficient in using tools for making product prototypes and product flow charts;  

熟练运用制作产品原型及产品流程图的工具； 

Experience in process optimization and intelligent manufacturing is preferred;  

具备流程优化和智能制造领域相关经验者优先； 

Good logical and structural thinking ability, good sensitivity on business;  

思维敏捷，良好的逻辑性和结构性思维能力，较好的洞察力和商业敏感度； 

Have strong user and data analysis capabilities, and have breakthrough innovation capabilities;  

有较强的用户及数据分析能力，有突破创新能力； 

Fluent in spoken English;  

英语口语流利；
