您的主要职责
- Make sure SEHS management system well established, implemented, maintained and continuously improved, including ISO45001, ISO14001, EMAS, Work Safety Standardization;
- Ensure compliance with government and SEHS regulations
- Ensure all SEHS findings, including internal, external audit, EHS inspections by local authorities, customers, are corrected in time
- Develop high risk operation safety programs and implemented
- Timely report all required SEHS data
- Develop SEHS training programs and implemented
- Develop campus SEHS team competence
- Analyze potential environment, safety and health hazards and implement measures to mitigate them
- Make annual SEHS KPI, program and make sure its achievement
- Support and implement Greater China SEHS initiatives
- Keep good relationship with local government
您的任职资格
- Familiar with relevant sustainability, EHS laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill, as well as strong conceptual planning skills;
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of EHS management system i.e. ISO14001, ISO45001, work safety standardization, etc.
- Strategic thinking and acting
- Being able to lead and coach the team members
