您的主要职责

    • Conduct Returned Parts Analysis (RPA) to identify failure root cause for returns part while meeting customer deadlines
    • Liaise with experts from Metallurgy, Metrology and Tribology for advanced RPA investigations
    • Work closely with Application Engineering, Product Development and Advanced Engineering teams on RPA related topics
    • Write RPA reports and document in SAP
    • Maintain Lessons Learned database for RPA findings
    • Plan, Estimate and Schedule all assigned RPA requests and maintain the Electronic database
    • Assess and Interpret data from Plant to create overall understanding of bearing failure trends and statistical overview
    • Analyze warranty returned parts and supporting data from customers
    • Develop new RPA techniques to enhance overall efficiency, customer satisfaction and development RPA capabilities
    • Support benchmarking efforts through analysis of customer/competitor hybrid Systems
    • Perform technical assessment of customer return parts during development stage & subsequent failure analysis. Provide recommendations for further development.
    • Perform benchmarking activity of competitors product on technical basis & provide recommendation for improvement. 
    • Perform functional & dimensional measurement, quality parameter assessment, as well dismantling as per RPA & BM procedure.
    • Coordination with other Lab (Physical & Chemical lab, testing Dept. External Lab). Perform root-cause analysis & technical report writing.
    • Should be Liaison with Product Development & Application Engineers to support for new product development or improvement in existing designs.

您的任职资格

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent knowledge
    • Basic knowledge of automotive Powertrain and Chassis Applications
    • Good eye-hand coordination and hands-on ability
    • Basic Knowledge of Materials, Metrology and Tribology to analyze bearing failures
    • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
    • Knowledge of measurement and digital data acquisition tools and techniques
    • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret GD&T requirements
    • Good planning and organization skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Working knowledge of statistical analysis
    • Ability to travel (10%)
