磨床设计工程师 Grinding Design Engineer (太仓) - Special Machinery

您的主要职责

• Responsile for design and commissioning of grinding machines.
• Responsible for tasks for development of regional standard and adaptation of global standard.
• Responsible for tasks for creation of NC related technical concepts.
• Proactively share information and knowledge to other colleagues globally within ZSE.
• Support other engineers to solve the technical problems.
• Provide training, support and advice to other employees in his/her specific area.
• Involve in NC related strategy development and set up market benchmark.
• Provide systematic technical support to customers.
• Lead to do trouble shooting within daily project.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering or automation.
• Over 5 years working experience.
• Proficient in TIA portal, Step7, familiar with programming with Siemens safety PLC. Familiar with Profisafe, HMI programming and application.
• Familiar with the configuration of Siemens servo systems, optimization methods and processes, and the setting and programming of safety integration (Profidrive).
• Familiar with Siemens CNC 840D SL programming and debugging, including safe integration programming and application.
• Familiar with debugging and programming of Siemens 828D CNC system.
• Familiar with ligh level programming language of Siemens NC program.
• Familiar with HMI programming of Siemens CNC based on Easy screen and Easy xml language.
• Knowledge of Siemens CNC's 3gl-based HMI programming.
• Familiar with the processing technology of internal and external cylindrical grinding machine, CNC bearing grinding is preferred.
• Familiar with the common communication methods between Siemens PLC and intelligent devices (S7, ISO-on-TCP, I-DEVICE...) ）
• Programming and debugging of FANUC CNC system.
