您的主要职责
- Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
- Develop, validate and implement production technologies.
- Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
- Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.
- Validate machines and tools.
- Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
- Development of new technologies and set-up technical basics for production processes for technology Joining, Screwing, Riveting
- Responsible for feasibility assessment and a series-appropriate design
- Establishes Manufacturing process flow and work instruction. Create and update manufacturing standard procedure, which defines specific manufacturing processes.
- Technology projects (starting with the selection of the technology and machine set-up to the support start of serial production)
- Perform performance tests and operational trials
