物料计划员（应届生）

您的主要职责

1 Plan of material requirement according to production planning, release PR and tracking the material status to keep production running smoothly根据生产计划制定物料需求计划，订购和跟踪物料确保生产平稳运行；
2 Monitor the inventory to ensure the inventory under the target 监控物料库存，达到存货管理目标；
3 Analysis the slow mover and dead stock timely to make sure stock in good status及时总结和处理呆滞物料，确保物料的良性运作；
4 Maintenance the master data in SAP regularly, such as safety stock, reorder point etc定期在SAP 维护主数据，比如安全库存，再订购点等；
5 Tooling repair and resharpening according to the flow按流程对工装进行返修和修磨；
6 Disposables quality issue complain and handling 耗材质量问题投诉和处理；
7 Mini program data maintenance小程序数据维护；
8 Material No. and T project No. create 物料号和T号创建；
9 Air freight and duty budget and control空运费预算和控制；
10 Material database and tool part list analysis and update 物料数据库和工装清单更新；
11 Continuous improvement of departments and on site积极参与部门和现场的持续改善；
