暑期实习生_冲压模具开发（太仓）

您的主要职责

• 根据舍弗勒技术标准开发冲压模具
• Develop the stamping tooling according to Schaeffler technical standards
• 为新产品的开发提供技术可行性评估及指导意见以降低产品产业化成本
• Provide technical feasibility analysis and guidance for the development of new products to reduce the cost of product industrialization.
• 推动模具新技术的开发和应用
• Promote the development and application of new tooling technology
• 支持工厂的量产优化和技术降本
• Support the optimization of mass production and technical saving at the plant
• 通过持续的技术优化来降低模具的开发成本
• Reduce tooling development costs through continuous technical optimization

您的任职资格

• 本科或以上学历，机械专业背景
• Bachelor ’s degree or above with material forming or mechanical background 
• 精通英语(口头和书面)，会德语者优先
• Proficient in English (both oral and written), Germany a plus
• 有激情，希望在成型技术方面有发展。
• Passionate, seeking career development in forming technology
• 积极主动，工作勤奋，善于团队合作
• Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player
• 优秀的沟通能力
• Outstanding communication skill
