您的主要职责
- Integrate into the company to deliver performance quickly
- Participate the training program which nominated by company, training contents could be optional from Production ,Quality management,Industrial Engineering,Supply chain management,Project management
- Take challenging projects or tasks to demonstrate potential of further development
- Review with Superior regularly for learning progress
- Work on special project which required from Superior
- 迅速融入公司，适应工作节奏
- 参与相应的培训项目，包括生产、质量、工业工程、供应链、项目管理等
- 接受具有挑战性的项目或任务呈现发展潜力
- 定期与上级复盘学习进度
- 完成上级要求的其他工作任务
您的任职资格
- Master’s degree or above with mechanical or industrial engineering
- Goal focus and think outside box
- Proactive attitude, hardworking and team cooperation spirits
- Quick learner, willing to deep dive into business
- Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- 硕士及以上学历，机械或者工业工程相关专业
- 专注目标，思维活跃
- 工作积极主动，吃苦耐劳，具有团队精神
- 学习能力强，愿意深入研究业务
- 英语较佳（口语和书面）
