您的主要职责

-      

• System integration of power electronics and other subsystems such as actuator systems, etc. from internal and external suppliers in hybrid systems.
• Review and approval of the mechanical design of the subsystems, especially with external suppliers
• Professional responsibility and technical evaluation of mechanical concept definition and development of subsystems
• Supplier management with focus on mechanical design, interfaces and integration
• Define the simulation boundary condition and provide simulation input to CAE team. Analysis the CAE report for the design optimization.
• Support producing and testing. Optimize according to process and test result.
• Responsible for the concern solving
• Responsible for technical review with suppliers
• Responsible for the special release
• Support supplier development and quality inspection
• Support production line process developing and trouble shooting
• Support Return part analysis
• Support and take initiatives on MOVE(VAVE).
• Manage APQP/PPAP and product development document.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor’s degree or above with automotive or mechanical background
• At least 5 years in power electronics. Plus in DHT/eAxle x-in-1 project.
• Proficient in English (both oral and written), Germany a plus.
• Expert in Creo/ProE, or other 3D software.
• Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.
• Outstanding communication skill.
• Quick learner, willing to deep dive into business.
