您的主要职责

• BUSINESS AND STRATEGIC ORIENTATION
  • Act as purchasing representative for assigned BUs and take overall responsibility of the purchasing activities/ topics with internal customers.
  • Develop and implement regional Business Unit purchasing strategies based on global and regional BU strategies.
  • Set up BU sourcing strategies in terms of single/double sourcing/localization and the requirement for developing suppliers and upcoming required technologies.
  • Active management of the supplier portfolio of the BUs, aligned cross-functional.
  • Analysis of BU specific Controlling reports and self-contained start of counter-measures.
  • Reporting and regular alignment with respective BUs as well as within Purchasing globally and regional.
• PROJECT- AND COST TARGETS 
  • Responsibility of successful keeping the project timeline in PEP project phase and support a safe launch to serial production. 
  • Responsibility of the best fitting price-/ contract conditions of the business needs of respective BUs. 
  • Coordination of implementation of logistic- and quality management needs of BUs/plants at supplier side.    
• SAVING MANAGEMENT
  • Identification of potential Cost Saving through methodologies like supplier workshops, VA/VE analysis.
  • Implementation of Cost Saving Potentials of serial products according given targets.
  • Support regional benchmarking studies and lead projects where cost reductions are determined.
  • Awareness controlling of commercial savings and targets according given targets.
  • Controlling and Management according Schaeffler rules and tools (BW) and 
  • Reporting towards BU/PL and Purchasing Management
  • Target Alignment within Budget planning with BU BU/PL and Purchasing Management
• AUTOMOTIVE COMMODITY MANAGEMENT
  • Provide sufficient Supplier Portfolio based on business needs and globally aligned in regional Commodity Strategies.
  • Commercial responsibility of costs in terms of final negotiation of to be sourced 3rd party material in PEP Projects 
  • Commercial responsibility of yearly negotiations in serial phase according given targets.
  • Preparation and regular global and local alignment of Commodity Strategies.
• ADMINISTRATIVE WORK
  • Follow up and providing of reporting to team.
  • Responsible for administrative work of the department.
  • Organization and follow up of events and Team Meetings.
  • Back-office for operative purchasing support, like required analysis, providing RFQs and sending PO

您的任职资格

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, etc.
• 8+ years’ experience in a similar position at MNC from automotive industries, familiar with project purchasing procedures and practices
• Good negotiation skill, basic program management knowledge
• Good cost and value analysis skills, and understanding of complex technical subjects such as plastics, sensor, mechanical components and mechatronics.
• Willing to travel frequently
• Experience in project management and supplier quality management will be a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English
