设施经理 Facility Manager（上海）

您的主要职责

• Use expertise to establish relevant engineering methods and processes through-out whole facility/equipment life cycle
• Be responsible to deliver effective solutions of processed/systems, operationally sustainable and within cost and quality requirements
• Responsibly for lead outsourced engineering team to conduct shop floor regular days maintenance and building/facility/equipment management
• Responsibly for Working safety, cleanliness and environmental protection in maintenance
• Responsible for the spare part availability
• Responsibly for training courses of the workers
• Planning and support of machines - misalignments and conversions providing documents for Audit's
• Technical support at the time of the construction and execution of the new projects
• It is obligates on instruction of the superior special orders to implement, which belong in the nature after to its activity and/or itself devoted from operational necessity
• Create a monthly maintenance report and distribute to the manager  
• Responsible for Idea Management implementation

您的任职资格

• University degree in a relevant engineering filed
• 10 years working experience, 3 years in similar position
• Knowledge of overall facility management, like HVAC/Cooling/Heating/CDA/Power supply system etc.
• Knowledge of SAP PM models
• Experience with digital tools implementation in facility management 
• Basic knowledge of sustainability related topics 
• Strong skills in data analysis tools and software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem solving abilities and attention to detail 
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese skills
• Good leadership expertise
