系统工程师 System Engineer（Software-上海）

您的主要职责

• BD-Chassis Engineering support on system level core feature and capabilities for our new Chassis mechatronic Products to fulfill our local mechatronic Strategy.
• Alignment on OEM and platform requirement, integration and develop system concept for excellent performance on vehicle usage.
• Guide and review the work products from internal and external suppliers. Able to work with large amounts of information in order to process new sub-system process and make the correct conclusion in a timely manner.
• A strong technical background in diagnosing complex electromechanical systems with heavy software content is required to deploy sub-system into sustainable and improved products.
• Expertise of polish subsystem system and system architecture to accommodate effective root cause finding, testing, EOL and software iterations to keep product launching in safety critical chassis domain.
• Able to work as subsystem owner to debug subsystem issues and performance diagnosis on development and application project issues failure both remotely and on field.
• Able to prioritize the software maturities against project application needs to encourage team to work on feasible solutions under project pressure.
• Monitor software implementation strategy and outcomes to keep core platform running on track.
• Sync different customer requirements and platform software architecture design to avoid unnecessary branches.
• Work closely together with purchasing team and local supplier to fulfill project (system) Requirement.
• Individual alignment (working-level) with global system counterpart necessary
• Report within the Project structure to local Multi-Project-Manager and Technical Project Manager and attend Global Steering Committee.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor or Master degree, major in Electronic or Mechatronics related
• At lease min 3 years related Automotive working experience or above
• Good team player, willingness to change, clear communication and good goal
  orientation are necessary
• Fluent in English (oral and writing) and/or German
