您的主要职责

- Holistic quality leadership within whole supply chain for responsible products (incl. project quality, production quality, supplier quality and customer quality).
- Quality improvement together with relevant plants to avoid customer complaints, improve customer satisfaction and reduced internal failure cost
- Customer complaint handling with all related plants, sales and related parties to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and minimum company’s loss in Schaeffler Group.
- Initiate Lessons Learned, benchmark and fostering of standardization
- Visit customers and take care about customer satisfaction.
- Performing commercial negotiation for warranty case (TF, penalty). Make statistic about customer complaints and warranty cases.
- Training of quality standards & methods for other people.
- Support improve team working efficiency by using smart tool, such as Excel VBA, power BI…
- Other tasks, which are related to the scope of Q-customer Service and continue quality improvement
 

您的任职资格

- Communicative, Arguing, Convincing and Moderation
- Know well in ISO/IATF 16949,8-D method, statistic & Analysis method
- Excellent English knowledge
- Be a team player
- Good communication skill
- Good PC application skills (MS office)
- Flexible, readiness for traveling.
