您的主要职责

• Implement and maintain the adequate level of security procedures in Anting R&D to protect employees and assets. These security procedures include but are not limited to access control, key control, door & window security, CCTV surveillance, visitor & business partner control, internal traffic & parking management, incident management, workplace violence protection.
• Maintain security service quality of outsourcing security service company in Anting R&D Center and support Taicang Plant, provide instruction and support as necessary, coordinate all kinds of security issues among internal department.
• Be responsible for the implementation of technical security solutions in Anting R&D Center, e.g., visitor management system, smart parking system, employee ID verification system.
• Be responsible for the implementation of regional security projects in Anting R&D Center, e.g., site security concept, emergency response plan.
• Be responsible for planning and implementation of periodical security training to Anting R&D Center employee and third parties to continuously improve the security awareness.
• Be responsible for security incident investigation in Anting R&D Center, report to regional security according to requirements and conduct effective security control measures to decrease the occurrence of security incidents.
• Be responsible for making business partner card, maintaining and updating the relevant database.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

您的任职资格

•   Good ability to work with rapport attitude, and maintain composure under pressure.
•   Strong security awareness
•   Good computer skill, especially MS Office application, e.g., word, excel, PPT.
•   Be familiar with security system such as CCTV surveillance system, access system, perimeter alarm system, etc.
•   Good English read-write and communication ability.
•   Outstanding ability to learn and adapt.
•   Bachelor’s degree or above
•   Working experience in foreign invested manufacturing enterprise is preferred.
•   Security working experience is preferred.
