您的主要职责

• Responsible to initiate and run Chassis Mechatronic Projects.
• Ensure clear PEP Project relevant organization, Reporting and communication between OEM, HQ, and local organization.
• Support Proj. HCO Planning via e.g. Planisware
• Support Project Budget, TPL Planning
• Support local Industrialization
• Coordinate and Support Acquisition tasks Chassis Mechatronics
• Co-Ordinate and run Team Management concerning Schaeffler Management Handbook Especially PEP Process including all relevant regular documentations.
• Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor

• Good communication and intercultural skills
• Teamwork and problem-solving competence
• Team Player and Leader
• Bachelor or Master degree, Major in Mechatronics and or Mechanics, Automobile related
• At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management.
• Experience of working in international Teams.
• Chinese Mother Language, Fluent in English.
