Your Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that work across all channels and brand touchpoints
- Create assets such as key visuals, banners, advertisements, events & fair materials and campaign toolkits
- Contribute to the definition, continuous improvement, and enablement of Schaeffler’s Corporate Design, Brand Experience and Digital UX design guidelines
- Act as a quality gate to ensure consistent application and further development of Corporate Design and Brand standards across teams, divisions, and regions
- Brief, steer, and review external agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-brand outcomes
- Advise internal stakeholders, including senior management and C-level, on design and brand topics and confidently present your design decisions
- Work with modern creative tools and leverage AI-supported workflows to improve speed, quality and scalability
- Support and mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of the global Corporate & Creative Design team
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Design ideally with significant background in Corporate Design, Branding or Marketing or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in design, branding, or a similar creative field (in-house and/or agency)
- Proven track record in solving complex marketing challenges by creating scalable design and branding solutions across diverse touchpoints
- Strong consulting skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to manage stakeholders and expectations effectively
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and adapt quickly to new topics, tools, and formats
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and MS Office 365
- Hands-on experience with AI-supported workflows (e.g., ideation, layout exploration, image adaptation), with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and responsible use
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
