Your Responsabilities
- Ensuring accurate deliveries to customers (internal and external) in the quantities and deadlines required, in accordance with the company’s performance indicators. Handling all customer‑specific topics for a defined group of customers (OEM or intercompany).
- Detailed planning of requirements in accordance with customer demands (transferring requirements from EDI into SAP).
- Tracking and monitoring customer evaluations, including defining and following up on corrective actions in case of deviations.
- Monitoring internal performance indicators, creating tools to support their achievement, and escalating deviations when necessary.
- Performing analyses and proposing measures to prevent increases in finished goods inventory.
- Responsible for confirming capacities in customer portals, in line with information received from the internal production planning department and the information provided by the Sales department.
- Directly involved in budget preparation, providing relevant data regarding workload and announced forecasts.
- Responsible for analyzing the daily customer requirements, taking into account existing stock levels and the production plan.
Your Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP

Advanced proficiency in English or German, both written and spoken

Specialized trainings in the economic or sales field.
