您的主要职责

1. Monitor and analyze the project status to find potential optimization points and coordinate related functions to optimize the process, reduce process lead time and improve efficiency.
2. Act as project manager and lead product development projects as well as special projects, and ensure project realization with achievements within budget and other KPIs (Quality, Cost, Time).
3. Monitor, analyze and develop project management methods and tools, and provide training and support at plant project management level.
4. Lead and take responsibility of investment steering from plant level. Oversee and ensure all investment activities and projects realization with achievement within budget and other KPIs (Investment outlook accuracy, Quality, Cost, Time). Act as plant coordinator for investment management procedures and tools and provide up-to-date training for investment key users.
5. Other corresponding PMO works per supervisor’s request.
