Supplier Quality Eng. (SQE)

您的主要职责

• Participation in technical review, RLA and sourcing decision meeting
• Lead and Ensure the implementation of all APQP elements acc. to standard on project level at supplier site
• Monitor and manage OTS, PPAP production, including measurement harmonity, R@R audit, nitiation & monitoring of corrective actions
• Manage & monitor the safe launch plan process
• Supplier audits:  product audits, fly audits, process audits; make corrective actions based on audit findings at supplier site;
• Key suppliers or focus suppliers improvement plan development & following ;
• Execution and coordination of internal measures within the supplier complaint (for example block materials management, problem analysis）
• Responsible for complaint corrective actions of 8D-4~8D-8
• Develop sorting WI for CSL & 100% sorting & 3rd Party sorting process

您的任职资格

• Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or related
• 5+ years quality experience in automobile industry, supplier quality preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in Heat treatment, surface treatment field, CQI-9/11/12 audit certification preferred
• Good knowledge of quality management system, tools, international standards and customer quality requirements (e.g. IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, VDA and etc.)
• Good problem solving skills
• Good process improvement knowledge and skills (continuous improvement, lean knowledge, 6δ, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong personality and capable to work under pressure
• Proficient in English
• Good PC application skills (MS office)
