Accountant General

您的主要职责

• Take charge of OCR team work related IZT, STS, SAM, SNJ, FXR, LFC, SAB，SMC，SIC，SXT，ensure 3rd party suppliers’ invoices posting and payment timely and accurately, and compliance with internal and external regulations
• Take full responsibility for daily work including invoice posting,  suppliers’ reconciliation
• KPI preparing, monitoring and improving
• Drive team to improve quality and productivity through process and behavior change
• Work closely with warehouse, purchasing team for PO and goods receiving process improvement;
• Participate month-end closing, ensure data accuracy and timeliness;
• Other tasks assigned by AP manager

您的任职资格

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 2 years’ experience in finance in foreign manufacturing company
• Mature, smart, capable to work under pressure.
• Knowledge on finance, tax, and related experience
• Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
• Good at MS office (Excel. PPT, word, outlook)
• Readiness to work and ability to learn quickly, capable to work under pressure
• Team player, willing to take challenge, and drive change
