您的主要职责

• Assist program manager to implement full lifecycle program management
• Assist program manager to form up project team, set project targets, propose master schedules
• Introduce program/projects standards and methods together with Project Lead IT. ‌SAP activate, agile, sprint, optimization of templates and rules etc. 
• Coordinate program related tasks cross regions/functions/plant/workstreams  
• Responsible for project Quality, Cost, Timeline, Scope, stakeholders, regular reviews and reporting etc.
• Execute risks management and change management
• Behave and ensure data security, compliance through program
• Install lessons learned and best practice exchange on a regular basis
• Plan and propose program resources, team with capability training etc.
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.

您的任职资格

• Majored in Engineering / IT is preferrable
• Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
• 10+ years’ projects management experience with 5+ SAP full circle implementation projects as business project manager independently
• WMS / MES project experience is an advantage
• Excellent project management skills, master of tools to ensure Quality, Cost, Timeline and Scope etc. PMP certification or equivalent
• Good communication skills with all stakeholders
• Targets, risks control oriented
• Willingness to work under pressure, occasional business trips
