采购服务中心采购专员 Purchasing Coord.（太仓）

您的主要职责

• Coordinate the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process based on category strategies, stakeholder expectations, quality standards, and process requirements of the supported topics.
• Process incoming of purchase requests. (e.g. checking for completeness, ect.).
• Implementation of order processes. (e.g SAP orders, Coupa orders,Schedule agreements etc.).
• Process order confirmations, monitoring of delivery term, and processing of escalation measures if necessary.
• Process GR-IR deviations with Finance and Import department.
• Contribute to the continuous research, development, and implementation of automation solutions.
• Assist in implementing process improvement opportunities.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor degree or above
• 0-3 years' working experience in purchasing area
• Strong commnucaiton skills, ownership,details oriented,and problem solving skills
• Good team player,willing to take challenge,and drive
• Good at MS office
• Good English ability in both written and speaking
