您的主要职责

• Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
• Develop, validate and implement production technologies.
• Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
• Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.
• Validate machines and tools.
• Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
• Development of new technologies and set-up technical basics for production processes for technology Joining, Screwing, Riveting
• Responsible for feasibility assessment and a series-appropriate design
• Establishes Manufacturing process flow and work instruction. Create and update manufacturing standard procedure, which defines specific manufacturing processes.
• Technology projects (starting with the selection of the technology and machine set-up to the support start of serial production)
• Perform performance tests and operational trials

您的任职资格

• Bachelor degree or above, preferable in engineering or business related
• Experience in working with people with different culture
• Familiar with product manufacturing process
• Knowledge about: SAP
• Project management experience preferred
