您的主要职责
Global Position Name: SPS/LEAN Profess.
- China region lean process vision & roadmap and lean maturity.
- Pilot and rollout Lean activities cascaded from Global SPS office.
- Consulting lean activities to 16 plants and 5 COO function departments.
- Build up China lean line design competency and improve China lean line design capability to reduce the fixed cost.
- Train employee lean tools at SPS academy and develop operation lean experts.
- Conduct lean review and give improvement direction and action.
您的任职资格
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- At least 15-Years experience in operation.
- At least 8-Years experience in lean related topics.
- Engineering background, Lean line design and VAVE experience are preferred.
- Strategy thinking, deep understanding to production system and capability to design production system.
- Hands on skill and practical problem-solving capability at GEMBA.
- Lean tools expert focus on Lean line design, KARAKURI, VSM…
- Good workshop moderation skill and training skill.
- Open, high passion, self-driving, team-work and good communication skill, fluent in English
