您的主要职责

• Responsible for promoting and implementing MES in plant.
• Understand production logistics, coordinate planning and activities between production logistics and production execution.
• Configuration related to the connection between devices and systems.
• Implement the S4 Rollout plan together with the project team.
• On site technical support during MES deployment.
• Experience summary and sharing after MES launch.
• Timely response to project risks and changes.

• Hard Skills

  • Priority will be given to majors related to industrial automation, computer science, information management, etc.
  • Familiar with manufacturing operations in the manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of on-site production and manufacturing management, production tracking, quality management, production logistics, etc.
  • Having long-term project experience in the full lifecycle of MES application in production and possessing corresponding technical background.
  • Familiar with information flow management and integration in the manufacturing industry.
  • Have a certain understanding of automation equipment integration and other SAP related systems such as MES, ERP, WMS, etc.

   

  Soft skills

  • Good English communication skills.
  • Project management experience is an additional sub item.
  • Cross departmental and plant communication.
  • Willing to accept challenges and strong execution ability.
