您的主要职责

- 协调并推动机械生产设备及相关制造理念的开发、维护和持续改进。
  Coordinate and drive the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of mechanical production equipment and related manufacturing concepts.
- 设计并开发适用于舍弗勒生产系统的机械制造设备和非标自动化解决方案。
  Design and develop mechanical manufacturing equipment and customized automation solutions for the Schaeffler Production System.
- 定义创新设备解决方案和未来技术需求的开发流程，支持产线能力提升。
  Define development processes for innovative equipment solutions and future technology requirements to enhance production line capabilities.
- 支持机械工程领域的技术发展，推动先进制造技术在设备开发中的应用。
  Support the advancement of mechanical engineering capabilities and promote the application of state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies in equipment development.
- 根据产品工艺和装配要求规划合理的设备方案，识别方案风险、尺寸链风险和成本控制要点。
  Plan feasible equipment concepts based on product process and assembly requirements, identifying concept risks, tolerance-chain risks, and cost-control factors.
- 创建并维护符合行业标准的技术文档、机械图纸、设计规范和设备技术资料。
  Create and maintain technical documentation, mechanical drawings, design specifications, and equipment technical files in line with industry standards.
- 分析设备问题现象并定位设计原因，提出可执行的改进方案并推动跨团队协同解决。
  Analyze equipment issues, identify design-related root causes, propose actionable improvement solutions, and drive cross-team collaboration for resolution.

您的任职资格

- 具备本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械工程、自动化或相关专业背景。
  Hold a bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, automation, or a related discipline.
- 具备10年及以上非标设备设计经验，并在非标设备设计公司或相关设备开发岗位有稳定、深入的项目经验。
  Bring at least 10 years of experience in customized equipment design, with solid and in-depth project experience in a non-standard equipment design company or related equipment development role.
- 具备整线主设计能力，能够根据产品装配和工艺要求独立规划设备方案并指导关键设计落地。
  Demonstrate lead design capability for complete production lines, with the ability to independently plan equipment concepts based on product assembly and process requirements and guide key design implementation.
- 掌握关键零部件设计、尺寸链分析、形位公差设计和方案风险识别方法，能够兼顾设计可靠性与成本控制。
  Master key component design, tolerance-chain analysis, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and concept risk identification, while balancing design reliability and cost control.
- 具备电驱动定子发卡线成型相关经验者优先，包括成型、扩口、扭头等关键工艺设备的设计或设计指导经验。
  Prefer experience in e-drive stator hairpin forming lines, including design or design guidance for key process equipment such as forming, flaring, and twisting.
- 具备跨团队协作和技术沟通能力，能够清晰表达设计逻辑、组织协同工作并前瞻性识别和解决风险。
  Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration and technical communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design logic, coordinate teamwork, and proactively identify and resolve risks.
- 具备良好的英语沟通能力、自我驱动意识和抗压能力；如机械设计能力突出，可接受基本英语沟通能力。
  Possess good English communication skills, self-motivation, and resilience under pressure; basic English communication skills may be acceptable for candidates with outstanding mechanical design capability.
