您的主要职责
- Global responsible for leading cost estimation processes for quotations, including CO2 calculations, cost comparisons and the evaluation of production-related risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Lead cost estimation processes, including quotation costing and cost breakdowns for products and tools.
- Drive cost benchmarks with suppliers, production locations and market data to ensure a continuous improvement on target prices for components and internal processes
- Uses and extend digital tools for target costing and cost improvement actions.
- Evaluate production-related risks (RLA) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate issues
- Follow and ensure execution of cost targets and measures from quotation phase until start of production
- Define production details in collaboration with technology and Industrial Engineering.
- Determine production locations and perform cost and carbon footprint calculations.
您的任职资格
- Graduate Degree in Engineering
- 5 to 10 years experience in cost and data driven comparable positions
- fluent chinese and english language skills
- Experience in relevant SAP tools
