质量策划工程师Quality Planning Engineer(太仓)

您的主要职责

• Implementation of lesson learned and quality standards, ensuring compliance with Schaeffler standards and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Participation in project team meeting, kick-off meetings and status meetings.
• Representation of quality function in VEP, PEP and transfer projects.
• Submit report to customers (e.g. PPAP documents, the other reports aligned with customers)
• Customers’ portals maintain (e.g. PPAP documents upload, Samples complaints)
• Communication of quality with customers, project team and within plant
• Provision of quality documents and data required (e.g. PEP documents, APQP, CSR documents)
• Participation in risk assessments (FMEA)
• Coordinate requalification tests
• Planning of measuring concepts and ordering of measuring devices in cooperation with metrology and quality technology
• Creation and approval of control plans
• Initiation of corrective action plans, escalation where necessary and monitoring of actions
• Initiation and control of continuous improvement activities

您的任职资格

• Mechanical bachelor degree or above.
• At least 3 years working experience in quality related position
• Excellent oral and written English
• Process and product knowledge
• Knowledge of IATF/16949
• Capable of application of quality tools and methodology
• Skills for problem solving and error-proofing
• Project management
