您的主要职责

• Early Quality Planning:

1. Responsible for collaborating with relevant departments to improve quality, reduce quality costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Handle customer complaints from both internal and external sources, coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions, and promptly submit analysis reports.
3. Responsible for early quality planning and preparation of PPAP documents with the team to ensure the smooth progression of project SOP.

• Product and Process Quality Control:

1. Handle quality complaints from customers and suppliers, and 8D reports.
2. Monitor new products and new processes, such as sample production tracking and quality release of new processes.
3. Ensure the safe release of new products and processes.
4. Monitor workshop quality issues, handle non-conforming products and process deviations, conduct root cause analysis and improvements.
5. Perform statistical analysis of quality data and take actions to improve product quality.

• Auditing:

1. Responsible for delivery audits, layered audits, product audits, and process audits.
2. Develop annual plans for product audits.
3. Prepare documents and coordinate internal and external customer audits.

您的任职资格

• Background in science or engineering, full-time bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the quality field of the automotive industry.
• Familiar with machining processes, such as machining and assembly (familiar with GD&T).
• Proficient in using quality management tools, including the five core quality tools (PPAP, APQP, SPC, etc.).
• Strong ability to withstand pressure, clear logical thinking, proactive, and strong communication skills.
• English can be used as a working language.
