装配工艺工程师Assembly Process Engineer(太仓)

您的主要职责

• Monitor production process real status based on standards, check the consistency of document on the line(work instruction, inspection instruction, set up list, drawings, ) with actual operation.
• Support production to identify issues on the line, including machine, tool, material, staff or technical process reasons.
• Based on production requirement to analysis root cause for frequent issue and define some projects to solve it systematically( Like 6 SIGMA)
• Get in touch other plants and HQ to share experience of process analysis, and implement some valuable ideas in the plant

您的任职资格

• Bachelor’s degree, major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or other science and engineering-related disciplines.
• More than 5 years or above manufacturing working experience in mechanical manufacturing factory
• Good English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
• Strong communication abilities & social and cross-cultural sensitivity
• Familiar with the assembly process (Laser welding \ Riveting&Rolling\ Screwing\ Servo pressing\ Laser marking\Robot\EOL)
