您的主要职责
- Continuously initiate, support, train, and review activities applying all methods of the Schaeffler Production System (SPS), to improve efficiency and effectiveness for an organizational area assigned.
- Drive and support the application of the SPS standards as lean management elements, workplace design, SCM and value stream design.
- Deploy and train SPS methods and knowledge. Contribute to the continuous improvement of SPS and share best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and projects, report their results and benefits, support management to coach the continuous improvement processes.
- Conduct reviews of the SPS implementation status in organizational units.
- Evaluate/report costs and benefits of the SPS projects, workshops, and initiate activities to ensure sustainability.
您的任职资格
- Graduate Degree in Engineering, Production Engineering, related
- 3 to 5 years working experience in Lean
- Good communication skill in written and oral English
- Good strategic thinking
