您的主要职责
- Interface to PM team, TPM team & design team for request.
- To define process flow chart, assembly process and work instruction, and complete process development in prototype phase.
- Be responsible for assembly tooling design and release.
- Management for production onsite and troubleshooting.
- Technical support for assembly line concept design, process development and RPA topics.
您的任职资格
- Bachelor degree or above within automotive engineering or similar education.
- Min. 5 years and rich experience of sample and assembly line building for eAxle/DHT or AT/DCT.
- Rich know-how of assembly technology such as tightening, pressing, leakage testing.
- Being familiar with the building process of stator and rotor.
- Strong communication skills, and willing to travel if necessary.
- Fluent English.
