您的主要职责

• Fulfill the responsibility of quality planning for new projects:

- System conformity in all sections for organizational procedures and methods with quality relevance / for corrective actions by quality problems (internal/external) / effectiveness controls of corrective actions

- Maintenance of the quality management system in the assigned area (together with production principals)

- Presentation of quality system, quality status and quality key measures (ppm/scrap rate, scrap cost, capability studies, special approvals, complaints internal/external)
-Make quality plan for new and transferred products according to PPAP, APQP, VDA and further customer specific requirements
-Coordinate the PPAP internal and customer release
-Handle customer complaint, 8D and internal and external reports
-Coordinate customer audit in case of potential evaluation, PPAP on-site audit and so on, track the corrective actions and report to customers.
-Support localization project in terms of internal and customer’s notification and release

Support production department in quality functions/tasks:

Validation in the case of new or changed product & process

Drive continuous improvement in terms of process flow, inspection method, Poka yoke and process capability.

Define and maintain the Q reporting system in terms of scrap, rework, statistical process data.

Optimizing “process-flows” relevant for the quality of the product, e.g.: Flow of non conforming parts, identification of containers, etc.

Organize fast response team to react to daily quality problem in the supported area, ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of problem solving.

Carrying out process, product , work place audits in the production areas

Support the FfQ activities in the assigned production area.

Coordination and tracking of corrective and improvement activities resulting from the performed evaluation, analysis, internal and external claims and audits up to evaluation of effectiveness of corrective and improvement actions

Focus on prevention of quality problems, take part in the FMEA team, determine process risks and take actions to reduce the risk

Prepare and control quality related instruction/standards in the shop floor, provide the necessary training.
