生产质量工程师Production Quality Engineer(太仓)

您的主要职责

• System conformity in all sections for organizational procedures and methods with quality relevance / for corrective actions by quality problems (internal/external) / effectiveness controls of corrective actions
• Presentation of quality system, quality status and quality key measures (ppm/scrap rate, scrap cost, capability studies, special approvals, complaints internal/external)
• Drive continuous improvement in terms of process flow, inspection method, Poka yoke and process capability.
• Focus on prevention of quality problems, take part in the FMEA team, determine process risks and take actions to reduce the risk
• Be responsible for PPAP preparation and submission of new project or change
• Be responsible for update and release of control plan and inspection plan
• Be responsible for internal and external audit.

您的任职资格

• Mechanical bachelor degree or above.
• Good Knowledge about manufacture process, especially grinding, honing and assembly process.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in a quality position.
