生产质量工程师Production Quality Engineer(太仓)

您的主要职责

• Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor
• Process quality issues handling with other functions to resolve it & tracking
• Handling the regularly audits, customer audit, ISA audit, TUEV audit, etc.
• Customer complaints & feedback handling
• Quality standard preparation, review, and training.
• Quality continuous improvement for production quality activities
• Onsite quality standards preparation & training

您的任职资格

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Technical background education or mechanical engineering degree or similar, experience in automotive industry which is better.
• Understand geometric tolerances, drawing reading, quality management system, international standards, PC knowledge: excel, word, statistical applications.
• Analytical thinking, self initiative, capable of taking decisions, capable to work under pressure, ability of communication, prioritization and coordination.
• Fluent Oral and written English for communication with other Schaeffler plant and expats in Schaeffler China
• At least 8 year quality experience in process quality control area , automotive working experience is preferred.
