您的主要职责

• Take the responsibility of Taicang Campus logistics planning, including logistics engineering and campus logistics center warehouse planning, deliver CIP.
• Take the responsibility of logistics technology/Engineering, improve logistic efficiency, also its development strategy:
  • Push the construction of logistic info-flow and system (WMS/WCS/RCS...), improve system integration level.
  • Provide warehousing/transporting solution, manage its implementation with project management, and maintain its the hardware & software developing plan.
  • Responsible for logistic Investment and make corresponding budget plan.
• Lead in of new projects, planning of logistic concept, conduct continuous improvements as demand.
• Create & update SOP for 3rd party logistics service provider according to business demand.

您的任职资格

• Major subject: logistics/Information technology or related major, with a Bachelor or above degree.
• At least 3 year experience in warehouse planning and/or logistics-related IT service areas.
• Work experience in similar manufacturing industry preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and ERP system like SAP/WMS.
• Familiarity with logistics technology would be a plus, ASRS/AGV/Shuttles/Miniload.
• Deep understanding of production lean principle and willingness of innovation.
• Excellent proficiency in Office applications and data processing, Other coding ability like Python would be plus.
• Proactive and skilled in communication, negotiation, and team management.
• Language: Fluent in Chinese and English.
