您的主要职责

• Implement related facility policies and procedures in order to guide employee's work and improve section
  efficiency.
  
• People management development, mentor, develop and motivate them.
  
• Planning and budget.
  
• Allocate target to subordinates and monitor their performance to meet segment's annual goal and target.
  
• Lead move activities and other CIP programs in section.
  
• Collect all machine problems and analyzed, then improve preventive maintenance.
  
• Perform daily inspection along with the production line.
  
• Review demand and WIP of all process, and together define or adjust the daily production plan with planner.
  
• Bottleneck process analysis, participating in monthly/weekly DCC.
  
• Ensure output, track on time delivery.
  
• Responsible for EHS on own section and strictly follow legal requirement and Schaeffler regulation.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor degree or above, major in metal materials.
  
• More than five years working experience in heat treatment, more than three years on-site management experience in
  heat treatment, with more than 30 team members.
  
• Be able to skillfully use metallurgical standards and equipment, know the conventional metallographic atlas.
  
• Be able to read, write and speak in English,.
  
• Good presentation and report skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft software.
