浸渍工艺工程师Manufacturing Technology Eng.（太仓）

您的主要职责

• 负责新能源汽车大电机浸渍工艺的开发、验证与持续优化，确保工艺满足产品性能、质量和量产要求
  Develop, validate, and continuously optimize impregnation processes for large electric motors used in new energy vehicles, ensuring alignment with product performance, quality, and mass production requirements
• 制定浸渍、滴漆、涂敷等相关工艺方案、工艺参数和作业标准，支持新产品导入和工艺定型
  Define process solutions, parameters, and work standards for impregnation, trickle varnishing, coating, and related processes to support new product introduction and process release
• 分析并解决浸渍过程中的质量、效率和稳定性问题，推动缺陷改善和工艺能力提升
  Analyze and resolve quality, efficiency, and process stability issues in impregnation operations, driving defect reduction and process capability improvement
• 协同研发、生产、质量和设备团队完成工艺评审、试制验证、量产爬坡及现场问题闭环
  Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and equipment teams to complete process reviews, trial validation, production ramp-up, and on-site issue closure
• 建立并维护工艺文件、控制计划、作业指导书和过程记录，确保工艺执行规范、可追溯
  Establish and maintain process documents, control plans, work instructions, and process records to ensure standardized and traceable process execution
• 评估浸渍材料、设备和工装的适用性，支持供应商技术沟通、设备调试和工艺导入
  Evaluate the applicability of impregnation materials, equipment, and tooling, and support supplier technical communication, equipment commissioning, and process implementation

您的任职资格

• 具备电机、电气、材料、机械、化工或相关专业本科及以上学历
  Hold a bachelor's degree or above in motor engineering, electrical engineering, materials, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field
• 具备新能源汽车驱动电机、大电机或相关电机制造领域的浸渍、滴漆、涂敷等工艺经验
  Bring hands-on experience in impregnation, trickle varnishing, coating, or related processes within new energy vehicle traction motors, large motors, or relevant motor manufacturing environments
• 熟悉浸渍材料特性、固化机理、关键工艺参数及常见质量缺陷分析方法
  Understand impregnation material properties, curing mechanisms, key process parameters, and common quality defect analysis methods
• 掌握工艺开发、试验验证、问题分析和持续改进方法，能够独立推动工艺优化项目
  Apply process development, experimental validation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methods, with the ability to independently drive process optimization projects
• 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力和现场问题解决能力，能够与研发、生产、质量和设备团队高效协作
  Demonstrate strong cross-functional communication and on-site problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with R&D, production, quality, and equipment teams
• 熟练使用常用办公软件及工艺数据分析工具，具备英文技术资料阅读能力者优先
  Use common office software and process data analysis tools proficiently; ability to read English technical documents is preferred
