浸渍工艺工程师Impregnation Process Engineer（太仓）

您的主要职责

• Development of new technologies，driven technology and machine issue solve and improvement , maintain the technology document
• Development of technical basics for production processes
• Work on new product developments (feasibility assessment and series-appropriate design)
• Optimization of series production in terms of costs and quality
• Technology projects (starting with the selection of the technology and machine set-up to support the start of serial production)
• Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor
• To monitor the daily production situation, so that to keep a smoothly production, solve the technology problems at shop floor.
• Co-operator with production colleague, to ensure the production KPI (OEE, cost, delivery, etc.)
• Optimization of series production in terms of costs and quality.
• Join and support necessary project/process/system audit, include ISA, Tüv and customer audit.
• Training operators for production and production process knowledge.
• To be involve in other activities at production area (such as budget, visiting etc.).
• Window for industrialization and technology development from segment

您的任职资格

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in engineering or polymer material
• More than 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, proficient in the impregnation process.
