您的主要职责
- Bachelor degree or above, preferable in engineering or business related.
- More than 3 years industrialization or industrial engineering work experience in mechanical manufacturing factory.
- Experience in working with people with different culture.
- Familiar with product manufacturing process.
- Skills on project management and planning.
- Team spirit, leadership skills, strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge about: SAP.
- Good spoken and written English-skills.
- Good PC-skills (MS-Office, MS-Project).
- Willingness to travel and temporary support in different production plants of Schaeffler China.
