注塑工艺工程师Injection Engineer（太仓）

您的主要职责

• Supports the development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products (Injection molding parts).
• Validate and implement production technologies of Injection Molding.
• Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
• Find out the root causes of process variation. Determine the right solution to solve the problem and share the lessons learned to the team.
• Validate machines, tools and processes. And support the evaluation of new concept, new product and new technology etc..
• Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
• Develop the related technology documents such as Work Instruction and coach the related peoples.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor degree in Technical or Materials Engineering degree.
• 3 to 5 years experience in Injection Molding technology.
• Familiar with injection molding principles and process debugging of injection molding machines.
• Familiar with injection molding tooling and plastic material.
• Can understand the drawing; and ability of engineering software such as CAD or Pro/E is a plus.
• Connector injection molding experience preferred.
• Quality tools eg. PFEMA or Six Sigma Lean or Project Management experience is a plus.
