您的主要职责

  • 实现舍弗勒新产品和现有产品生产制造技术的开发、实施和优化。
  • 通过使用质量、效率、可持续性和稳健性方面的统计指标，发起、推动和协调新产品和现有产品制造技术的开发、实施和优化。
  • 进行流程调查，考虑产品、材料、工具和位置来微调设备和流程设置。
  • 审查有关产品设计/材料可行性、对周期时间的影响、工具定义和质量的新技术发布。
  • 支持生产以可持续的方式识别和解决生产问题，并根据生产数据使用统计和数字方法启动和进行故障排除。
  • 创建所需的制造流程文档，包括设备/技术发布文档和设置说明。
  • 应用共同定义的工艺和设备标准，并考虑国际和区域定义的制造技术相关规范。
  • 与标准供应商组合中的潜在供应商制定和协商设备和工具规格，包括时间和投资，并指定验证要求并验证生产设备、制造技术和相关工具。
  • 与舍弗勒运营制造技术网络、部门、业务部门和业务部门制造技术组以及区域内密切合作，同时与采购、IT、维护和质量等其他中央职能部门保持密切合作。

您的任职资格

  • Graduate Degree in 工程、生产工程
  • 5 to 10 years

(Senior prototype engineer)

 

Tasks:

  1. Interface to PM team, TPM team & design team for request.
  2. To define process flow chart, assembly process and work instruction, and complete process development in prototype phase.
  3. Be responsible for assembly tooling design and release.
  4. Management for production onsite and troubleshooting.
  5. Technical support for assembly line concept design, process development and RPA topics.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above within automotive engineering or similar education.
  2. Min. 5 years and rich experience of sample and assembly line building for eAxle/DHT or AT/DCT.
  3. Rich know-how of assembly technology such as tightening, pressing, leakage testing.
  4. Being familiar with the building process of stator and rotor.
  5. Strong communication skills, and willing to travel if necessary.
  6. Fluent English.
