您的主要职责

制定工单计划和标准工艺路线，合理分配机器及设备
Develop job planning and standard routing with allocated machines & equipment

协助部门主管完成目标任务
Support the Department Supervisor in achieving targeted goals

准备刀具生产材料
Prepare materials for tool production

指导并执行集团程序和流程
Guide the implementation of group procedures and process flows

参与工艺开发和持续改进
Participate in process development and continuous improvement

确保生产部门优质客户服务，并协助他人完善客户服务
Ensure high-level customer service within the Production department and assist others to maintain it

确保按时交付工作成果
Ensure timely delivery

维护良好工作环境
Maintain a good working environment

推动团队建设和持续改进
Promote team building and continuous improvement initiatives

贯彻落实安全生产程序
Implement safety procedures within the department

负责所属区域环境、健康与安全（EHS），遵守法律法规及舍弗勒公司相关规章，加强使用个人防护装备，参加相关培训，及时报告事故或安全隐患
Responsible for Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) in own area, comply with legal and Schaeffler regulations, properly use personal protective equipment, attend relevant trainings, and promptly report accidents or unsafe conditions

您的任职资格

本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业优先
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in mechanical-related majors

3-5年样品零件工艺经验，主要负责机加工工艺规划
3-5 years of experience in sample parts process, primarily responsible for machining process planning

熟悉机械加工技术，有较强的技术理解能力
Solid understanding of machining technology with strong technical comprehension

优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，负责内部客户沟通协调
Excellent communication skills and team collaboration capability; responsible for internal customer communication

具备协作及管理知识
Knowledge in cooperation and management

具备质量意识
Strong quality awareness
