数据工程师Software Developer（太仓）

您的主要职责

- 理解舍弗勒智能装备整体业务流程中的数据流，识别关键数据来源、流转路径和分析场景。

  Understand data flows across Schaeffler Smart Equipment business processes, identifying key data sources, flow paths, and analytics scenarios.

- 使用Microsoft Power BI维护、开发和优化仪表板及分析报表，支持业务决策和运营监控。

  Maintain, develop, and optimize dashboards and analytical reports in Microsoft Power BI to support business decision-making and operational monitoring.

- 沟通业务方和终端用户需求，明确仪表板及分析报表的目标、结构、指标口径和交付优先级。

  Communicate with business stakeholders and end users to clarify dashboard and reporting objectives, structures, metric definitions, and delivery priorities.

- 协同国际开发团队在敏捷开发环境中推进需求细化、开发计划、迭代交付和问题跟踪。

  Collaborate with international development teams in an agile environment to drive requirement refinement, development planning, iterative delivery, and issue tracking.

- 开发Microsoft SQL Server和Azure环境中的数据模型、多维数据集、表、视图及相关数据库对象。

  Develop data models, cubes, tables, views, and related database objects in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure environments.

- 创建跨系统数据管道，开发MSSQL存储过程并实现数据处理、报表刷新和流程自动化。

  Build cross-system data pipelines, develop MSSQL stored procedures, and automate data processing, report refreshes, and operational workflows.

- 优化舍弗勒智能装备多个业务单元的自动化流程和系统数据质量，提升数据可用性和处理效率。

  Optimize automation processes and system data quality across multiple Schaeffler Smart Equipment business units to improve data usability and processing efficiency.

- 记录已开发的报表、数据库任务和测试方案，应用UX设计规范并执行必要测试以确保交付质量。

  Document developed reports, database tasks, and test plans, apply UX design standards, and perform required testing to ensure delivery quality.

您的任职资格

- 具备本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业背景，并拥有五年以上数据仓库建设或商业智能开发相关经验。

  Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in science, engineering, or a related field, with over five years of experience in data warehouse development or business intelligence.

- 精通Microsoft SQL和T-SQL，能够熟练开发存储过程、函数、表、视图和复杂查询。

  Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL and T-SQL, with hands-on experience developing stored procedures, functions, tables, views, and complex queries.

- 精通Microsoft Power BI，能够熟练使用DAX和Power Query进行数据建模、指标开发和报表构建。

  Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query for data modeling, metric development, and report creation.

- 掌握Microsoft Azure相关数据服务知识，熟悉Data Factory及云端数据集成场景。

  Apply knowledge of Microsoft Azure data services, with familiarity in Data Factory and cloud-based data integration scenarios.

- 理解敏捷开发流程，能够参与用户故事编写、敏捷规划、需求细化和待办事项管理。

  Understand agile development practices and contribute to user story writing, sprint planning, requirement refinement, and backlog management.

- 了解Microsoft Integration Services、Azure集成功能及ETL方法，具备SAP数据或SAP模块经验者优先。

  Understand Microsoft Integration Services, Azure integration capabilities, and ETL methodologies; experience with SAP data or SAP modules is preferred.

- 具备良好的逻辑思维、结构化分析、用户洞察和数据分析能力，并能够以流利英语进行口头沟通。

  Demonstrate strong logical thinking, structured analysis, user insight, and data analysis capabilities, with fluent spoken English communication skills.
