您的主要职责
1. 负责现有工厂数字化平台的日常维护和新需求的更新
Responsible for daily maintenance and updates of new requirements for the existing factory digitalization platform
2. 能将生产需求转化为标准的IT和数字化解决方案
Able to translate production requirements into standard IT and digital solutions
3. 负责生产区域数字化和软件解决方案的推广、实施及运行协调
Responsible for the implementation, roll-out, and operational coordination of IT and software solutions in the production area
4. 对工厂员工进行数字化及IT知识方面的培训
Provide training to factory employees on digitalization and IT knowledge
您的任职资格
1. 三年以上软件开发经验
Over 3 years of software development experience
2. 较强的技术理解能力，具备IT基础设施知识和程序开发技能（Java, VUE, Mendix）
Strong technical understanding, with knowledge of IT infrastructure and programming skills in Java, VUE, Mendix
3. 具备人工智能相关经验和理解，包括图像识别、大语言模型、知识图谱等领域
Experience and understanding in AI-related fields such as image recognition, large language models, and knowledge graphs
4. 具备较强的沟通能力
Strong communication skills
5. 英语听说读写流利
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
6. 具备制造业的数字化&AI相关经验者优先
Manufacturing digital & AI related experience is a plus
